Annual membership DOES NOT guarantee a ticket to the show.
The Kingdom provides the opportunity for annual members to obtain a ticket and will communicate the methodology via email when announcing the new confirmed date.
The Kingdom tickets for annual members are limited per concert.
Always keep in mind that you can obtain only one ticket/experience per annual membership.
The experiences are occasional and need to be confirmed in advance in each city. In each instance, we announce the enabled benefits to the members.

You will receive an email from The Kingdom notifying you that your ticket has been assigned. We have various assignment methods:
Attached PDF:
Once your ticket has been assigned by The Kingdom, you will receive an email with the subject "Your Back to Reggaeton Tour Ticket" in your inbox, containing a PDF file with your ticket attached. You must download it and present it on the day of the show, as the visible QR code will serve as your ticket representation.
TICKETMASTER:
You should look in your inbox and/or spam folder for an email from TICKETMASTER notifying you that The Kingdom has transferred a ticket to you. Within this email, you will find your valid ticket. It's important not to forget to click the "ACCEPT TICKET" button so that it appears as valid in your AXS digital wallet.
How do I find my ticket within the Ticketmaster platform if I already accepted it via email?
Go to https://www.ticketmaster.com/ with your username and password.
Click on "MY ACCOUNT."
Proceed to the "MY TICKETS" section.
You can now view all the valid tickets you accepted via email.
Once you receive the email from The Kingdom informing you that your ticket has been transferred, you should look in your inbox and/or spam folder for an email from TICKETMASTER.

How do I find my ticket within the AXS platform if I already accepted it via email?
Go to https://www.axs.com/ with your username and password.
Click on "MY ACCOUNT."
Proceed to the "MY TICKETS" section.
You can now view all the valid tickets you accepted via email.

Subscriptions are annual, which means that by subscribing to The Kingdom, the user agrees to the charges made to their card annually until they cancel their membership.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish, but please note that the cancellation will be effective once the current billing period has ended.
